Machine Description:

This is a fully automatic roll to roll heat transfer label screen printing machine. Unlike the semi automatic screen printing machine which prints sheet by sheet, this machine makes continuous print on film material in roll. Its printing capacity is 6 times higher than semi automatic screen printing machine. Importantly, it requires only one operator. So it can reduce much labor cost for printing company.

The printing line is composed of a feeding machine, a printing machine and a hot air dryer.

UV dryer and powder machine can be added to the line upon request.

Max.film width 520mm, max.printing size 500x600mm.

Servo motors used for pitch feeding and printing head horizontal action.

Automatic register system with 3 sensors ensure high printing precision in multi colors overprint.

Heat Transfer Sticker Screen Printing Machine includes a feeder, a screen printing unit and a hot air dryer.

If your final heat transfers are present in single to be pressed piece by piece, we can offer roll to sheet cutting machine to cut the printed roll into sheets. And sheet cutting machine to furtherly cut the sheets into single piece.

If your final heat transfers are to be pressed in roll form, we can offer slitting machine to slit the big roll into small rolls. So the heat pressing process also goes in roll to roll with high efficiency.
